PictureJulie Klunk

Julie Klunk’s calm and organized teaching style is a great fit in our Kindergarten program.  She fosters independent learners who have a genuine excitement for knowledge and school.  A transplant to Hampton Roads, Julie has been at KinderPrep for 12 years.  Prior to that she taught 1st grade in New Jersey after receiving a BS in Early Childhood Education/Liberal Studies from Longwood University.  She and her husband of 24 years have two boys who are both athletes.  She loves camping with her friends and her children’s’ Boy Scout troop, but Julie’s favorite place to be is the beach!

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Ephesians 4:2

PictureTami Clause

Tami Clause creates a fun, loving, classroom family environment in her classroom.  With 12 years of teaching Kindergarten in her pocket, Tami creatively uses a variety of modalities to teach so that she can reach all children no matter their learning style.  Adored by her students, Tami’s favorite part of teaching is seeing the “light bulb” moments when her students accomplish something on their own or pull all they have learned together.  Often found volunteering at Churchland Soccer League, Tami also cheers her own two children in their athletic pursuits. Tami enjoys gardening and photography.

Give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good; for his mercy endureth forever. Psalm 107
