​Becky Fraley has been at KinderPrep ten years and currently works as a floating teacher assistant.  When asked to describe herself in three words, Becky said, “I’m always smiling,” and we must agree!  Always with a sunny disposition, she emanates a calming influence over the children she works with.  She studied education/marketing at Old Dominion University. Becky’s favorite thing to do outside of school is spend time with her family and grandchildren.  Did you know that when she was young, Becky was on a children’s television show?  Her nickname when she was little was “Little Foots.”  Ask her why.

​Tori Gile has been a blessing to KinderPrep since coming onboard this year.  A former KP parent, Tori has vast experience providing in-home medical care as well as compassionately nurturing children of friends and family.  She loves being on the boat with her family, fishing, cooking, spending time at the beach, riding bikes, and crafting with her son. Tori can lift an incredible 188 lbs., loves plants and sushi and noodles.
 
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13

Nancy Lichty has been an educator at KinderPrep for two decades!  As a member of New Creation UMC, she works in the church nursery as well.  She enjoys working with children because of their excitement to learn and explore the world.  Highly attuned to her students, Nancy adjusts her teaching style to their individual needs. Loving, kind, and loyal, Nancy is a lifelong learner and child advocate.  When not participating in 5K races, which she does for fun, you can find Nancy spending time with her family.  She proudly served in the Coast Guard!
